BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK ON-CALL CONTRACTOR SERVICES

Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation d/b/a Brooklyn Bridge Park (“BBP”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) seeking proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to conduct routine and emergency upgrades or repairs for buildings, infrastructure, and equipment on an on-call basis (the “Services”) in the public park known as Brooklyn Bridge Park (the “Park”). BBP will select multiple proposers to perform all or a portion of the Services in the following trades: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Locksmith & Door Repairs, and Landscaping & Site-work. Proposers need not specialize in all of the Services to submit a proposal. The Services may be required infrequently or intermittently, and on an as-needed basis, with the selected proposer expected to perform the Services on a “when and where” basis in accordance with a three-year (3-year) terminable-at-will license agreement.
