SUMMONS SERVICES OUTSIDE NYC

The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)/Human Resources Administration (HRA) will be accepting Competitive Sealed Bids for the provision of Summons Services Outside NYC (PIN: 25BSECH01901/ EPIN: 06926B0001). This Competitive Sealed Bid (“RFx”) is being released through PASSPort, New York City’s online procurement portal on Thursday April 16, 2026. To access the solicitation, vendors should visit the PASSPort Public Portal at https://www.nyc.gov/site/mocs/passport/about-passport.page, and click on the “Procurement Navigator” blue box. This will take you to the Public Portal of all procurements in the PASSPort system. To quickly locate the RFx, insert the EPIN 06926B0001 into the Keywords search field. Instructions for submitting responses to this RFx can be found via PASSPort. Please submit your bids by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
