Description: This requirement is for one, Jones Act qualified, U.S. flag vessel for at-sea operations conducted by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD).

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery will be Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, Panama City, FL. The layday commences on 19 January and cancels on 30 January 2026. The Period of performance will be 120 days with one 50-day option period.
