Request for Proposals for Window Repair & Maintenance Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking sealed, competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for window repair and maintenance services. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means necessary to complete the project work. The awarded contract will be for a maximum duration of six (6) years and up to $150,000.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT on Thursday, April 10, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their services. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
