Invitation to Bid - Maryland Stadium Authority – Harry Grove Stadium Improvements

The Whiting-Turner Construction Company is soliciting bids for the following packages relating to the Harry Grove Stadium Improvements, 21 Stadium Drive, Frederick, MD:

• Package 05B – Misc Metals
• Package 07A – Roofing
• Package 11A – Athletic Specialties
• Package 21A – Fire Protection
• Package 22A - Plumbing
• Package 23A - HVAC
• Package 26A – Electrical
• Package 27A – Audio Visual
• Package 28A – Security
• Package 31C – Site Fencing

The project has an overall Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal of 32% with subgoals of 8% African American and 11% Women Owned Businesses. All firms must be MDOT certified. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage.

Prebid Conference - The prebid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on March 18, 2025 at 9:15AM EST. For information concerning access to the online prebid meeting, send an email to john.pattillo@whiting-turner.com

Onsite project walk – There will be an onsite project walk for the trades listed in the bid packages above. Please send an email to john.pattillo@whiting-turner.com for additional information if you would like to attend. The walk is scheduled for March 21, 2025 at 9:15AM EST.

Bid RFIs – Submission of bid RFIs will close on March 21, 2025, at 12:00PM EST.
