Tarrant CountyCollege District (TCCD) announces IFB #25-009: Wayfinding and Signage Package1, #538. The bid submission deadline isThursday, May 08, 2025, at 2:00 PM local time. A virtual initial public conference is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15,2025, at 2:00 PM local time. Anon-mandatory walk-through is scheduled for Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 10:00AM local time. Overview

The Tarrant County College District(TCCD) is seeking qualified contractors to execute the fabrication, delivery,and installation of a new wayfinding and signage system across its South andAlliance West Campuses. The wayfinding system design has been completed andsigned and sealed drawings are provided as part of this solicitation.

Scope of Work

The awarded contractor shall beresponsible for executing all work included in the drawings and specifications,including, but not limited to:

1. Fabrication

a. Manufacture all signage in strictaccordance with the signed and sealed design drawings and specifications

b. Utilize high-quality, durable, andweather-resistant materials to ensure longevity and compliance with TCCDstandards.

c. Ensure ADA compliance and adherence toall applicable codes and regulations.

2. Delivery & Logistics

a. Coordinate transportation of allfabricated signage to designated campus locations.

b. Implement proper packaging and handlingto prevent damage during transit.

c. Develop a delivery schedule incoordination with TCCD to minimize disruption to campus operations.

3. Installation

a. Install signage as per the approveddrawings and placement plans.

b. Conduct installation in a phased approachto ensure minimal impact on daily campus activities.

c. Verify proper alignment, mounting, andfunctionality of all signage upon completion.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

a. Perform post-installation inspections toverify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project standards.

b. Address any deficiencies or adjustmentsrequired by TCCD prior to final acceptance.

5. Training & Documentation

a. Provide TCCD staff with documentation andguidelines for long-term maintenance and upkeep.

b. Conduct an overview of materials,installation methods, and future signage management protocols.
