Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 400 TEUs of containerized ammunition while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT compatibility and segregation requirements.

Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, NC (USA), with no coastwise movements. The laydays commence 07 December and cancel 19 December 2025. Owners/Offerors are to indicate estimated time of arrival and must confirm their ability to meet the laydays. The charter period is about 115 days.

Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent, sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.
