A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for project ME00108 at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday,
January 15, 2026, at the NCDOT Century Center Building B, Boiling Springs Conference Room
located at 1020 Birch Ride Dr. Raleigh, NC 27610. We will discuss the scope of the project and give
bidders the opportunity to ask any questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not required in order
for your bid to be considered.
Project documents, including Proposal, plans (if applicable), or any additional information related to the
project can be found on the Division 5 Project Letting website:

Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor
