Solicitation Description:

The Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) is currently seeking sealedproposals to establish a contract for a Peer Assistance Program as outlined inthis RFP. The contractor must be an organization established to aid pharmacistsor pharmacy students impaired by chemical abuse or mental or physical illnessin assessment, referral to treatment, provide monitoring of recovery, andreport to TSBP relevant information relating to an individual’s impairment.When appropriate, the contractor may also advocate for a participant to theBoard.

In addition, the Program is required to establish and comply withcriteria that are at least as strict as those contained in 26 Tex. Admin. Code§§8.101-.125.
