Description:

USC is seeking architectural and engineering services to design a new student residence hall to replace the McBryde Quadrangle buildings increasing the bed count to approximately 500 beds or more. The project will also design a third wing to expand the Honors College Residence Hall. The professional services may include master planning for residential and multi-use development on other university sites.
