Solicitation Summary
Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to repair the posts and supporting structure on the Administration porch, a leak around the dormer of the Breckinridge Office, and the wall on the Visitor’s Center as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled “Miscellaneous Repairs on Administration, Breckinridge Office, Visitor’s Center” and Invitation for Bid form. Also included are the
• “Bid/Proposal Affidavit” (attachment 1),
• “Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure” (attachment 2),
• And a sample contract (attachment 3),
• A No Reply Form (attachment 4).
This project consists of the furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary for and incidental to repair the posts and supporting structure on the Administration porch, a leak around the dormer of the Breckinridge Office, and the wall on the Visitor’s Center. Work will take place at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).
Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit
-- Bid/Proposal Affidavit.
-- Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.
-- Licenses or certifications.
-- Company’s certificates of insurance.
-- Acknowledgement of receipt of any amendment(s) to this IFB.
JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Contractors may mail, fax, or e-mail their bid. Bids must be received by the bid due date.
Cost to repair the Administration porch as described in the specifications. See § XII.A………
Cost to perform Breckinridge Leak repairs as described in the specifications. See § XII.B……
Cost to perform Visitor’s Center Wall repairs as described in the specifications. See § XII.C…
Cost to provide a budget price for Visitor’s Center siding, gutter, downspout repairs and installing drainage, as described in the specifications. See § XII.D.
The contractor will insert 10 percent of the total cost to cover contingencies, as detailed in the specifications, § XII.E. This will be included in the total cost.

Additional Instructions
This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, parts, incidentals, tests, supervision, and services necessary for and incidental to repair the posts and supporting structure on the Administration porch, a leak around the dormer of the Breckinridge Office, and the wall on the Visitor’s Center. The project site is located on Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (JPPM), 10515 Mackall Road, Saint Leonard, Maryland 20685 (JPPM).
