Tannery Road Swale Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project

Project Description: North Whitehall Township, Lehigh County will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for a project known as the Tannery Road Swale Rehabilitation and Enhancement Project. This work will include the vegetative restoration and enhanced stability of a swale that traverses Tannery Road. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM (prevailing time). Bids will be received until 5:00 PM (prevailing time) on Wednesday April 2, 2025. Bid results will be made available on PennBid after Owner’s bid evaluation and review.

Each bid must be accompanied by bid security made payable to the North Whitehall Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids.
