3/17/2025 Update: Removes and replaces FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS—COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (MAR 2024) with FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS—COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (JAN 2025). Incorporates Class Deviation 2025-O0003 - Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts which requires changes in Section I, Section K, and Section L of the solicitation. Incorporates Class Deviation 2025-O0004 - Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability which requires changes in Section I of the solicitation. Removes FAR 52.222-24 PREAWARD ON-SITE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMPLIANCE EVALUATION (FEB 1999) from the solicitation. Adds FAR 52.223-23 SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES to the solicitation.

10/30/2024 Update: Amendment 0001, updates Tab 9 RFP_SPE60224R0711 and Attachment 2 - Offer Submission Package (OSP). Amendment 0001 also provides answers to questions received from prospective offerors relating to solicitation SPE602-24-R-0711. In additon, Amendment 0001 updates Section B – Supplies or Services in the OSP and Prices or Costs, and Section I – Contract Clauses in the RFP.
