Description:

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct the Brambleton West Park Improvements (the “Project”). This Project, located at Brambleton Park, consists of constructing a 1,000-seat grandstand around an existing field, demolishing the existing restroom facility, building a new approximately 1,000-square-foot restroom/concession facility, and completing associated site and utility improvements.

Pre-Bid Conference:

An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually using Microsoft Teams on July 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM to address questions regarding the drawings, specifications, site conditions, and to provide a high-level overview of the supplier registration process.
