Project Overview
The City of East St. Louis is seeking Statements of Qualifications form Consulting
Engineering Firms interested in providing Phase III engineering services for the Dr.
Martin Luther King Drive Phase II – Pavement Rehabilitation. The project includes
pavement rehabilitation with ADA sidewalk and driveway improvements and is federally
funded and was let on June 12, 2026.
