Lakeland College is issuing this RFP to select one qualified civil engineering consultant to provide ongoing services over a three-year period, with the opportunity to extend for two – one-year periods. The selected proponent will support civil engineering design, feasibility analysis, tendering, and construction management services for various exterior site improvement projects for both Vermilion and Lloydminster Campuses.
