Description
This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. This second stage ITT has been posted publicly to enable Subcontractors and/or Trades who are interested in participating in the project to connect with the invited prequalified Bidders listed below.
Only the invited, prequalified Bidders listed below may participate in the bidding process and attend the mandatory site visit.

Optional/Secondary Site Visit Date and Time: Thursday, October 09, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. PT.
Deadline for Questions: Wednesday, October 15, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. PT. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: Monday, October 20, 2025
Submission Deadline: Tuesday, October 28, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
The ITT timetable is tentative only and may be changed by BC Housing/Owner at any time.
MANDATORY ON-SITE INFORMATION MEETING
Bidders must attend an information meeting on the specified date and time below:
Date: Tuesday, October 07, 2025
Time: 10:00 am PT.
Location of Site Meeting: 9457 King George Blvd., Surrey. Meet at the Front entrance.
Site visits begin promptly at the time, date and location specified above.
A sign-in sheet will be provided, and all Bidders are required to sign in. Note that submissions will only be reviewed for those Bidders who have attended and signed the sign-in sheet. No exceptions to this will be permitted.
All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.
Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
Brief Description of Work
The work includes Building Envelope Remediations and as further set out at Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings
This is a public solicitation issued through BC Bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility to obtain all addenda issued by checking BC Bid.
