CCTV and Access Control Systems

The City of Delta is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified companies to upgrade and expand the closed-circuit television and building access control systems of the Delta Police Department (DPD). The project scope generally involves: supply of hardware and software, integration with existing equipment and systems, licensing, configuration, testing, and orientation sessions for both upgraded systems.

Addenda:
It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing date and time, any addenda issued by the City of Delta. Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.

Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by October 10, 2025. Proponents should not use the discussion forum on the BC Bid website to submit questions.
