Through this Request for Expression of Interest, Rocky View County is inviting all interested parties to provide ideas for the efficient and consistent operation and management of the Langdon Recreation Facility, which is utilized by the residents. This Request for Expression of Interest creates neither an offer nor acceptance and is not a contract. All firms and Rocky View County are free to modify or withdraw their information or interest at any time without consequences.
BACKGROUND
Rocky View County (“The County”) is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Operators (“Proponent(s)”) for the management, operation, programming, and maintenance of the new Langdon Recreation Facility (“Facility”). The Operator will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inclusive, and community-focused recreation, sport, arts, and cultural programs, as well as full oversight of facility operations and asset management.
