Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide recurring maintenance services to ensure ongoing safe, reliable, and compliant operation of existing above-ground fuel vault fill stations designed for diesel and gasoline as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. No new installations or retrofitting are included in this Agreement.
The services are necessary to ensure safety and compliance for CAL FIRE-s fuel vault fill stations.
