Project Description: The objective of this work is to clean, restore, and maintain all designated HVAC ductwork and related components at the Montgomery County Public Safety Training Campus main building to a sanitary condition, free from visible dust, debris, and microbial contamination. This work is intended to improve indoor air quality, enhance system efficiency, and extend the operational life of HVAC equipment. All activities shall be performed in accordance with the NADCA ACR Standard (2013), OSHA safety requirements, and other applicable industry guidelines and local regulations.
