The City of Quincy aims to partner with a qualified and responsible company for the purpose of the proper and legal removal and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) and to provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, staging, trucking and supervision necessary for on-call permitting, planning, removal, and remedy in City owned public buildings, including but not limited to schools and municipal buildings.
