The purpose of this sources sought notice is to seek responses from all qualified, prospective offerors interested in the forthcoming solicitation for the subject requirement summarized as follows:

Base Year from 8/21/2025 to 8/20/2026
Option Year One (OY1) from 8/21/2026 to 8/20/2027
Option Year Two (OY2) from 8/21/2027 to 8/20/2028
Option Year Three (OY3) from 8/21/2028 to 8/20/2029
Option Year Four (OY4) from 8/21/2029 to 8/20/2030
Attachment 1: A draft version of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached below for prospective offeror reference as appropriate.
Attachment 2: FAR 52.219-14 Compliance Letter for prospective offeror completion.
Attachment 3: VA Handbook 6517 for prospective offeror reference as appropriate.
Attachment 4: Current DOL Wage Determination for Hamilton County, Ohio.

Request all prospective offerors interested in this requirement email their 1) company name, 2) UEI number, 3) CAGE code, 4) business socio-economic size status, 5) signed and fully completed statement of FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting Compliance and 6) Capabilities Statement describing how specifically your company intends to meet all requirements specified in the PWS in Adobe PDF format to bradley.burhite@va.gov not later than Wednesday 6/05/2025 at 1500-EST. In the capabilities statement, all prospective offerors shall provide documentation of FDA approval for anticipated home sleep test devices and evidence that home sleep test results can be securely transmitted to the VA IT system which must be FedRAMP approved IAW VA Handbook 6517 for all Cloud-Based services to be responsive.
In addition, please note that a signed and full completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice.
Please note that this requirement is subject to availability of funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 (Availability of Funds).
