Description:
NCWSA is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified organizations to provide professional consulting services for Disaster Recovery and FEMA Public Assistance in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained in the proposal.
Pre-Bid Information:
NCWSA is a Special Purpose District operating a combined water and sewer utility. Application has been made to FEMA for public assistance for recovery from Hurricane Helene. An exploratory call with FEMA was held 12/3/2024.
