Macomb Township is seeking sealed proposals for the Senior Center HVAC Rooftop Unit #1 Replacement. By responding to this solicitation, the Proposer agrees to perform in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
MANDATORY PREE-PROSAL MEETING: July 14, 2026, at 10:00AM at the Senior Center.
For attending this pre-proposal meeting your company’s representative must be covered under your Worker’s Compensation Insurance with coverage for bodily injury and property damage. Make sure your representative wears suitable clothing and shoes for climbing a ladder and standing on the roof.
