Description:
The demolition and clearance of eighteen (18) public nuisance residential properties ranging in size from approximately 500 SF to 2300 SF Stipulations relative to the demolition and clearance of these public nuisance properties are as follows:
(1)
Post demolition – the lot shall be leveled and any noticeable depressions filled prior to seeding and the application of straw mulch.
(2)
Any trees that must be removed to accommodate the demolition and clearance activity shall be cut down and removed from the property and the stump(s) ground below surface level.
(3)
All structures shall be adequately wetted during the demolition process so as to comply with the Visual Emissions requirements of the NESHAP regulations. All block, brick, and concrete debris may be disposed of in a ravine at the Benny Whitehead Trucking Company located at 3276 South Eufaula Avenue. They may be reached at (334) 687-8055.

All slabs, sidewalks, and driveways, that exist, are to be removed from the property as part of the demolition activity with the EXCEPTION of the slab, concrete porch(s), sidewalk, etc. located at 801 Jefferson Street.
(6)
Any septic tanks damaged or deemed unsafe shall be pumped out and filled with sand and compacted prior to the application of seeding and straw mulch.
