This is a sole source contract action to Suwannee River Springs Community, at 16790 82nd Place, Live Oak, FL 32060 – Suwannee County for the monthly lease of six (6) Manufactured Home Unit (MHUs) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 forHurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
