Description

The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Assistant Secretary of Administration and Management (OASAM), intends to award a sole source order in accordance with the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 – Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition to the following vendor:

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $34M.



DOL, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), through the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) currently uses Total Maintenance System (TMS) OnSite software to track asset data and proactively manage vital information, manage stocked and non-stocked items used, and schedule planned events such as quarterly maintenance.



Accruent is the sole manufacturer, supplier, distributor, and service provider for TMS software. The Requirement Specifications is attached. This action will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The period of performance will commence on or about April 28, 2025.



Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not delay services.



The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.



The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.



Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Thursday April 10th, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. EST.
