This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, dated 7 August 2025.

Description: USACE requires the purchase of Rehabilitation Act Section 508 compliance training subscriptions for Level Access software. Current 508 compliance efforts rely heavily on manual processes, consuming significant staff time and resources. This leads to inconsistencies, potential compliance failures, and delays in content delivery. A dedicated software solution will streamline the process, enhance accuracy, improve training, and reduce overall costs.
