Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, Washington has a requirement for copper piping, tubing and fittings. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, 140R1725Q0035, (written) is approximately the second week of April 2025. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving an award for any contract resulting from this solicitation.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 331420, Copper Rolling, Drawing, Extruding, and Alloying. The applicable Product Service Code is 4710, Pipe, Tube and Rigid Tubing. The small business standard size is 1,050 employees.

These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be issued as a Small Business set-aside.
