City of Watertown (Owner) is requesting proposals for the following:

PROPERTY DETAILS
The property consists of an approximately 2.91-acre parcel of land situated to the southwest of the intersection of 7
th
St W and 26
th
Ave N in Watertown, SD. The property contains a small, permanent structure that must remain on site. The property can be utilized for hay production and equipment storage only. The lease agreement will be for a 5-year term and can be renewed for two additional 5-year terms.

Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Request for Proposal Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
