Project Description: The Fairfield Police Department is seeking proposals from qualified testing companies to administer its upcoming Sergeant Promotional Process, including the development and administration of the written examination and assessment center. There are currently approximately 60 sworn police officers eligible to participate in the Sergeant promotional process. Based on historical participation and a recent internal survey, the Department anticipates approximately 25 candidates will participate.
