Request for Proposals

The Liberty County Board of Commissioners ("County") is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed security firms to provide comprehensive building security services and security system enhancements for the Liberty County Annex Building located in Hinesville, Georgia, located at 112 N. Main Street, Hinesville, GA  31313.

The County seeks a qualified contractor capable of providing physical security, access control management, surveillance monitoring, emergency response coordination, and recommendations for security improvements to ensure the safety of employees, elected officials, visitors, and County assets.

The selected firm shall demonstrate experience providing security services for government facilities, public buildings, or similarly sized institutional facilities. County security procurements commonly include patrol services, alarm response, access control, surveillance monitoring, and reporting requirements.

This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for " Liberty County Annex Building Security” , dated June 29, 2026. In this regard, all interested persons desiring to submit proposals for the RFP shall submit proposals marked " Liberty County Annex Building Security " regarding the same to the Liberty County Board of Commissioners at 112 North Main Street, Courthouse Annex, Room 2200, Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia 31313, via mail (delivery and return receipt requested) or in person no later than 2 p.m., E.S.T., on July 17, 2026.
