Rental of 2 Off-Road Rubber-Track Dump Carriers - Kellogg, MN

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a contractor to supply two (2) off-road rubber tracked dump carriers on a rental basis, delivered to a job site near Kellogg, MN, for a base period of one month (four weeks) with two additional one-week options.

Specifications include:

• Two machines, without operators with rubber tracks


• Capable of carrying minimum load capacity of 12 tons and/or 12 CY


• Equipped with dump box for transporting bulk materials


• Ground Pressure must not exceed 9 psi when fully loaded

Rental period shall begin no later than 14 May 2025 for a base period of one month (4 weeks) with two additional option weeks, exercisable by the Government

The trucks shall be delivered and picked up at the intersection of Wabasha County Hwy 84 and 145th Ave (44° 17’ 39.87” N and 91° 57’ 32.55” W) near Kellogg, MN.

Quotes must include the manufacturer and model # of the equipment being offered. If equipment offered is other the Terramac RT14 or Morooka MST 2200VD, quotes shall include spec sheet with details sufficient to demonstrate equipment offered meets salient characteristics required.

OFFEROR SHALL BE REGISTERED IN SAM (System for Award Management) https://www.sam.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Reps and Certs sections with the NAICS code applicable to the solicitation.
