This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) Advisory Services for the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project (“HIEP”), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.

DPW and its partners in the HIEP are seeking the assistance of a firm (e.g., company, corporation, partnership, etc.) to provide P3 Advisory Services in relation to the construction and transition to operations (“Implementation”) phase of the HIEP.
