Professional Title Services
The City of Hazelwood has been working with state and federal agencies to develop and
implement programs designed to help homeowners and tenants who experienced damage from
flooding in July 2022.
In accordance with the buyout policy, the City of Hazelwood must procure a qualified title
company to complete title searches, provide title insurance, and manage the property closings.
The City estimates but does not guarantee the acquisition of approximately eleven (11) single-
family residential properties. The City of Hazelwood reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Please provide letterhead quotations in a sealed, opaque envelope to the City of Hazelwood at
415 Elm Grove Lane, Hazelwood, MO 63042 no later than 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 5th,
