The successful bidder will be required to perform the work of this Contract at the City of Melrose's Route 99 Compost Facility approximately every six months, or 2 times every contract term. At this facility, the City typically has three separate piles that require handling -tree brush, tree butts, and ground wood chips. The work of this Contract requires the successful bidder to grind the separate piles of tree brush and tree butts and dispose of those piles, as well as dispose of the third pile of ground wood chips originating from work performed by the City.
