The Owner will receive Bids until 2:00 PM local time on the 23rd day of April 2026, at the Village
of Newberry, 302 E. McMillan Avenue, Newberry, MI. 49868, Attn: Allison Watkins.
A walk-thru and site visit will take place at 11:00 AM local time, on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Meeting will begin at the Village of Newberry, 302 E. McMillan Avenue, Newberry, MI. All
interested contractors are encouraged to attend.

jgagnon@upea.com, for a non-refundable handling fee of $20 for a hard copy or free of charge
for a pdf. Documents will also be available for viewing at the following Builders Exchanges:
