Project Description: The City is seeking offers from experienced Architecture, Engineering, or multi discipline consulting firms, to work with City staff to design, produce building permit and construction documents, and conduct required inspections to install an exterior egress stairwell, to completion from 2nd floor to existing grade at the Beacon Hill Park Service Building on Bridge Way.
