NORTHWEST ARKANSAS REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST – NWARPC FIVE-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN
Notice is hereby given that the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (NWARPC) is seeking Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified firms to facilitate and develop a comprehensive five-year strategic planning initiative for the agency. The strategic plan will examine organizational structure, revenue models, and long-term service delivery to translate long-range regional priorities into a near-term roadmap that aligns resources, clarifies roles, sets performance benchmarks, and coordinates partners for integrated regional planning. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT’S: submittals must be received no later than Friday, April 24, 2026, by 4:00 p.m. (CT). Any responses received after this deadline will not be considered. Submittals should be provided via email to smarpe@nwarpc.org using the subject “NWARPC Strategic Plan”. Please review the full description of the request at www.nwarpc.org/public-notifications/ .
