Description:

|
Cowlitz County is seeking proposals to identify and contract with a qualified firearm range operator to operate the Cowlitz Public Shooting Range. The goal is to provide the public with a safe, functional, and enjoyable facility for shooting sports, emphasizing firearm safety, hunter education, sight-ins, new shooter recruitment, and firearm training.
The selected concessionaire will be responsible for full management of the Range, including staffing, programming, scheduling, marketing, operations, maintenance, repairs, and capital investment.
