REQUEST FOR BIDS
The City is seeking bids for the supply, design, construction, and installation of a generator at the new City Hall. Companies desiring to provide services must submit sealed bids through the DFS Procurement Services Portal at dfs.bonfirehub.com . The full RFB can also be reviewed at erassist.com/work . Questions regarding the scope or RFB should be submitted in the Portal by April 28th at 12:00 p.m. All bids shall be submitted by 12 p.m. on May 1st, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened on May 4th, 2026 at 9 a.m. at City Hall located at 1500 Little Flock Drive, Little Flock, AR 72756 and awarded at City Council meeting May 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM at City Hall. All companies, including women, minority, and veteran owned businesses are encouraged to submit a bid.
