Project Description: The work consists of landscape and irrigation improvements along Center Street and 800 North within the City of Orem. Construction includes demolition of existing vegetation and surfaces, site grading, limited tree removal, and installation of concrete mow strips and edging. Landscape work will provide new ornamental trees, shrubs, sod turf areas, and alternates for subsurface artificial turf, together with placement of topsoil and mulches including bark, granite fines, decomposed granite, and decorative rock. Irrigation improvements include drip irrigation for planting beds, a subsurface irrigation mat system for turf, new service connections, controllers, backflow assemblies, valves, conduit, and associated appurtenances.
