Design for Limited Remodel of Fire Stations 3 and 5

1. The City of Pueblo is seeking a highly qualified a nd experienced architectural/engineering firm for th e following renovations:
   1. The existing showers and restrooms in the City's Fire Station #3 located at 123 W. Evans Avenue in Pueblo, CO.
   2. Separation of existing living space from the truck bay and the creation of workout area at the City's Fire Station #5 located at 2401 6th Avenue in Pueblo, CO.
2. The scope of services includes preliminary design (schematic) phase, final design phase, preparation of contract documents and bidding phase, and construction services phase as outlined in the SCOPE OF SERVICE & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS .
