Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC) on behalf of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for ACEP-WRE Tree Planting for the Illinois State Office (Alexander & Union Counties).



This solicitation is a reissue of Soliciation No. 12FPC125Q0012, which was previously cancelled. Offerors who responded to the prior solicitation are encouraged to review this new solicitation, as changes may have been made.



The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced Purchase Order. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the government utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.



This is a 100% total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, which has a size standard of $9.5M. The contractor must have a current SAM.gov account and have their REPs and CERTs filled out to qualify for an award.
