The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for Disparity Study, City of Annapolis, Maryland until 2:00 p.m. local time, Friday, December 6, 2024.   Proposals shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, conduct a disparity study on the City of Annapolis’s procurement contracts with small, women-owned, minority-owned, and service-disabled veteran-owned businesses for all types of goods, services, and construction.  This disparity study deliverable in this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be used to help determine whether a legal basis exists to implement appropriate changes to the City of Annapolis’s procurement processes to achieve increased participation and utilization of these categories of businesses.

Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual pre-Proposal meeting on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., local time, via Google Meet.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
