Request for Proposal
1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary (the City) is seeking a qualified proponent to supply Internet Protocol-based Pan-Tilt Zoom cameras for traffic monitoring and incident management purposes. The cameras will be installed at key locations on the City’s roadways to provide live video feeds to the Mobility Operation Center and used for video-based analytics.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) years. The Agreement(s) may be renewed four (4) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total term length is ten (10) years.
