Post Award - Sole Source - Information Management Advisory Council

Project Overview

INL is developing an information technology/information management (IT/IM) platform to integrate multiple datasets from different phases of the program lifecycle, third-party datasets, and various Department or Bureau systems of record. This platform will be used in day-to-day operations across the Bureau. INL requires assistance in defining and documenting the vision and roadmap for this solution. Due to the phased approach of the project, a sole source procurement was required to follow-on to the original contract to ensure long-term benefits for the Government. Guidehouse has partially completed the work defined by the Information Managing Advisory Charter, including assessing the Bureau's deficiencies and assisting with their resolution. INL has leveraged Guidehouse to develop requirements for the IT System and lead scrum ceremonies. The project is approximately 30 months from completion.

The contract was awarded in the State Department systems on January 17, 2025. However, due to the Foreign Assistance freeze and subsequent review, the vendor was not issued the award until April 15, 2025.
