Spring Independent School District (“SISD,” “District,” or “Owner”) is seeking Competitive Sealed

Proposals from qualified proposers to provide construction services for construction of Reynolds

Elementary School Maintenance Improvement. The project scope of work consists of renovations of

interior spaces and site improvements at Reynolds Elementary School. The estimated budget for

this project is $9,500,000.00.
Contractor Qualifications to be submitted online by 2:00 P.M. (CST) Wednesday November 19,

2025. Qualifications will be submitted online in the Spring ISD eBid System. Vendors can register

and/or log-in to view specifications and submit their response at the following link
https://springisd.ionwave.net . For additional information call Procurement Services 281-891-6465.
Sealed proposals for the construction work to be performed as required and/or contemplated

under this request for competitive sealed proposals and as described herein and in the construction

documents will be received on December 4, 2025. Proposals will be received until 1:30 P.M.
(CST) Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1:30 P.M. (CST) on December 4, 2025

at 16717 Ella Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77090.
The District’s online procurement system may be accessed by clicking on the following link:
https://springisd.ionwave.net/Login.aspx . For assistance with the online registration process, please

contact Procurement Services at 281-891-6465.
Proposals shall be submitted on or before the date and time set to receive proposals. The Spring

ISD eBid System does not accept responses after the due date and time, and late proposals will not

be considered (whether submitted electronically or via delivery). Please note that if you begin

responding to the bid request in the Spring ISD eBid System and do not click “submit” by the time

the CSP is scheduled to close, your proposal will not have been submitted.
A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on November 4, 2025 at 3:00 PM at 17125 Ella Boulevard,

Houston, Texas 77090. Site visit are scheduled to take immediately after the pre proposal meeting.

Attendance is highly recommended.
