Summary:General Contractors are invited to submit a Construction Bid for the Alterations and Renovations to Buildings at Crossroads Community Services Board, located at 60 Bush River Drive, Farmville, VA.
The project shall consist of minor demolition and interior renovations for three (3) separate buildings at the campus of Crossroads Community Services Board.
Administration Building: Interior renovations.
Paladin Building #1: Interior renovations.
Paladin Building #2: Interior renovations, new entry addition, and new sanitary sewer. The Construction Bid Documents (Drawings and Project Manual) may be ordered by email. Upon notification of interest a PDF version of the Bid Documents will be emailed on October 28, 2024. The Pre-Bid Conference shall be held at the project site, Administration Building, at 2 PM EST, on October 30, 2024. The facilities shall be open and made available to investigate the existing conditions and to become familiar with the particulars of the Scope of Work.
All Bidders shall submit Construction Bids through the VA state EVA procurement website, not later than 2 PM EST, November 21, 2024. All Bid Results are public and shall be tabulated and made available to all Bidding Contractors. All communication, including any questions and/or clarifications, shall be received by the Architect in written form via email only: kelvin@moorearch.net.
